Covered delivery areas

We offer home delivery almost everywhere in Quebec and Ontario . However, certain geographic restrictions apply:

  • Free delivery is not available for the following regions:
    Newfoundland, Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Anticosti Island, as well as certain remote or difficult-to-access regions.

  • If the delivery address is located outside our regular areas, particularly in remote areas , Salle de Bain Voda reserves the right to cancel free delivery.
    In such a case, the customer will be contacted before shipping to offer an alternative solution (such as partial delivery or delivery with additional costs).

  • Important: Deliveries outside of our local delivery radius are shipped on a pallet to the front of the residence only. No unpacking or installation services are included.

Order Cancellation Policy

At Salle de Bain Voda , we are committed to processing every order with care. However, certain situations may lead us to cancel an order , even after it has been confirmed.

Possible reasons for cancellation :

  • Unavailability of a product

  • Error in the price or description of an item

  • Incorrect or inconsistent information provided when ordering

  • Shipping or destination issues

  • Orders deemed fraudulent or not in accordance with our conditions

  • Unforeseen supply or demand problems

In case of cancellation:

  • You will be informed via the contact details provided at the time of ordering.

  • If an amount has already been debited, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
