We try to keep our website up to date with inventory but sometimes there may be out of stock items. You can always contact us by phone or email to check product availability before making your purchase. If you place an order and an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when it will be back in stock.
RETURNS of merchandise are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase, the product must be returned in its new condition and in the original packaging (UNOPENED) no exchange or store credit for boxes that are open or damaged. Deposits are refundable within 15 days of the date of purchase. A store credit will be applied when the time is exceeded.
The cartridges are lifetime guaranteed. VODA products are guaranteed for a period of five (5) years on parts and proper functioning, with the exception of electronic components, which are guaranteed for one (1) year. The product guarantees of our suppliers apply according to their policies. It will be our pleasure to assist you and put you in contact with them in need.
We offer a 15 day period to cancel your order. A store credit will be applied when the time limit is exceeded. Store merchandise deposits are refundable within 15 days of the date of purchase. A store credit will be applied when the deadline is exceeded. No refunds for special orders and custom-made products.

We are committed to providing you with as seamless an online shopping experience as possible. We make every effort to present accurate and faithful images of our products on our website. Delivery

We offer local delivery within a radius of 60KM around each branch, a delivery charge applies. Please contact us if you are outside the radius served.
We offer delivery anywhere in Canada via a transport company, please note that deliveries outside the local area are made on pallets and are deposited in front of your residence. We do not bring the products into your residence, you must provide help for heavy and/or bulky products.
For heavy and/or bulky items, our local deliveries are to into the garage or on the main level floor, we do not deliver upstairs or downstairs. Exception for apartment buildings and condo with elevator. For orders outside the local radius, deliveries are made on pallets and are deposited in front of the residence. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

We offer a local delivery service with our trucks to keep control over the quality of service. We inspect each product before delivery to limit problems. In the case of damaged goods, they must be reported within 72 hours of delivery or receipt by email with photos to service@voda.ca
