Orders
We are committed to providing you with as seamless an online shopping experience as possible. We make every effort to present accurate and faithful images of our products on our website. However, it is essential to understand that despite our efforts, variations may occur due to various factors such as screen resolution, individual brightness and contrast settings, and inherent manufacturing or supplier differences. .
We would also like to point out that models may vary from production to production or from supplier to supplier, which may result in minor differences between the displayed photo and the actual product.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we warmly invite you to carefully inspect each product and its details upon receipt. If you notice any deviation from your expectations, please do not hesitate to notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Our team is there to assist you and resolve any anomaly quickly and efficiently.
Delivery
From November 1st to April 1st, without exception, deliveries to North Montreal and to remote areas will be made only on major boulevards that are well-cleared of snow and easily accessible to delivery trucks.
Smaller streets, alleyways, narrow passages, and steep roads, which are difficult to access during the winter, will not be served.
Two options are available to the customer:
1.Delivery to the nearest accessible point on a major boulevard (the customer will then be responsible for transporting the products to their residence).
2.Pick-up at the store by the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that access to their property is safe and accessible for our trucks to avoid any surprises or additional delivery charges.
No exceptions will be made unless the truck can safely access the location.
