Refund policy

We accept returns of merchandise within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for return, the product must be in new condition and in its original, unopened packaging. No exchanges or store credits will be given for opened or damaged boxes.

Damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours following delivery or receipt of the goods.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at service@voda.ca with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will then provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.

Deposits are refundable within15 daysof purchase, except on special orders or demonstrators.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt of the package and approval or rejection of the refund. If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
